Niners' Smith gets shoulder checked in London

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith spent Monday morning at a hospital in London, and is still waiting to hear if a left shoulder injury will keep him from playing against the Denver Broncos on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
