Favre doesn't practice, Peterson does for Vikes

Brett Favre is still out of action with the Minnesota Vikings. Interim coach Leslie Frazier on Saturday officially ruled Favre out of Monday's game against the Chicago Bears, according to CBSSports.com RapidReports.
