Garrard, Jones-Drew propel Jaguars past Raiders

David Garrard threw three touchdown passes, Maurice Jones-Drew and Rashad Jennings each topped 100 yards rushing and the Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Oakland Raiders 38-31 on Sunday in a game filled with big plays.
